VIBE Designs was founded by husband-and-wife team Gretchen and Robert Vance with one simple goal: to help homeowners maximize the value and appeal of their properties through exceptional home staging and design.

After calling Greenville, South Carolina home for more than a decade—with a brief chapter living in Houston, Texas—the Vance family returned to the Upstate to build a business rooted in family, community, and entrepreneurship.

Before founding VIBE Designs, Robert built a successful career in business leadership, serving as an Associate Director at DraftKings. His background in operations, strategic planning, customer experience, and organizational growth provides the operational foundation behind the company's success. Gretchen devoted many years to raising their family while cultivating her lifelong passion for interior design, home styling, and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces.

As their children grew older, the Vances combined their complementary strengths to create VIBE Designs. Robert's expertise in business operations and Gretchen's creative vision established a company dedicated to helping homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, and investors showcase every property at its highest potential.
