FAQ
-
VIBE Designs is a professional home staging company serving Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. The team specializes in transforming vacant properties into thoughtfully designed, welcoming spaces that help buyers connect emotionally with a home and see its full potential.
-
Professional staging helps buyers understand how a home can be used, highlights its strongest features, and creates a memorable first impression both online and in person. VIBE Designs approaches each property individually, creating spaces designed to photograph beautifully and appeal to today's buyers.
-
VIBE Designs serves Greenville and surrounding communities throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. For properties outside the normal service area, clients are encouraged to contact VIBE Designs to determine availability.
-
The process begins with an initial conversation and property visit. After evaluating the home, VIBE Designs determines the recommended staging plan and provides pricing.
Once the agreement and payment are completed, an installation date is scheduled. The VIBE Designs team then develops the design, selects inventory, prepares the furniture and accessories, and completes the installation.
When the staging period ends—or the property sells—the de-staging is scheduled and the VIBE Designs team removes the inventory.
Furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, greenery, accessories and décor may be incorporated to create a cohesive presentation throughout the home.
-
Pricing varies depending on the size of the property, number of rooms being staged, location, accessibility, staging requirements and any additional spaces requested.
VIBE Designs provides customized pricing after reviewing the property and determining the appropriate staging plan.
-
Scheduling depends on current availability, the size of the project and the amount of preparation required. Clients and real estate professionals are encouraged to contact VIBE Designs as early as possible before photography or listing dates to secure their preferred installation date.
-
Yes. VIBE Designs specializes in vacant home staging. The property should be vacant, clean and ready for installation before the staging team arrives.
-
Before installation, the home should be vacant and thoroughly cleaned, with painting, repairs, construction and other contractor work completed.
Utilities should be operational, access to the property should be provided, and driveways, walkways and entrances should be clean and unobstructed so the staging team can safely move furniture into the home.
-
No. In most cases, clients and real estate professionals do not need to be present. Secure property access can be provided in advance, allowing the VIBE Designs team to complete the installation efficiently.
-
VIBE Designs asks that staging furniture, artwork, accessories and décor remain in their original locations throughout the staging period.
The placement of each item is intentional and is part of the overall design. Moving items can also increase the risk of damage to the home or staging inventory.
-
The initial staging period is defined in the client's staging agreement. If the property requires staging beyond that period, an extension can typically be arranged.
Clients should contact VIBE Designs before the staging period expires to coordinate an extension or schedule de-staging.
-
That's great news! Once the closing timeline is known, the client or real estate professional should contact VIBE Designs to arrange de-staging.
Adequate notice helps ensure the removal can be scheduled before closing or possession of the property changes.
-
Yes. Staging extensions are available when additional time is needed. Extension pricing and terms are outlined in the staging agreement.
Clients should notify VIBE Designs before the current staging period expires so the extension can be arranged without interrupting the staging.
-
The VIBE Designs team returns to the property, carefully removes the furniture, artwork, accessories and other staging inventory, and transports everything back to the warehouse.
Clients should ensure the property remains accessible and that utilities remain operational until the de-staging has been completed.
-
All staging furniture and accessories remain the property of VIBE Designs. Clients are responsible for helping ensure the inventory remains secure and protected throughout the staging period.
Specific responsibilities regarding damage, loss and property access are detailed in the staging agreement.
-

-
As early as possible. Ideally, VIBE Designs should be contacted before professional photography and before the property is listed for sale.
Early scheduling provides more flexibility for the initial property visit, design planning, inventory selection and installation.
-
Contact VIBE Designs to provide some basic information about the property and desired timeline. The team will review the project, discuss the next steps and determine the appropriate staging plan.
From there, VIBE Designs handles the process from design and inventory selection through installation and eventual de-staging.
